- Is self-hosting really free?
- Yes. A self-hosted instance has no plans, no seat count and no licence key. You run it with Docker Compose and pay for the server it runs on.
- What is a project?
- One database you check: its queries, its schema, its statistics and the repositories whose pull requests it comments on.
- Do teammates cost extra?
- No. Invite them to a shared team on any plan, and they see that team's projects.
- What does the cloud see?
- Your queries, your schema and their plans. If you connect a database, also the statistics Postgres keeps, which include a sample of real values from each column. Self-hosted, it all goes to your own instance instead.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account page, which opens Stripe's billing portal.
